John E. Burnett Jr. serves as the Spanish National Director of the United Pentecostal Church International.  He is a citizen of two countries: Panama and the United States.  He is the founding pastor of Tabernáculo De Vida in Houston, Texas which he and his wife Berenice planted in 1999.  Brother Burnett served in the United States Army, then attended Texas Bible college. He served in various capacities in the Texas district as the Spanish youth leader, regional leader, and Spanish ministry director from 1992-2021. His ministry spans the globe as an international evangelist. He and his wife Berenice are blessed with three children John III, Sophia, Jeremy, daughter in law Domonique, son in law Samuel and three grandchildren: John IV, Isabella, and Olivia.
